(Updated 11 July 2025)

This guide expands on the basics and answers the most common “How do I…?” questions we receive from new hosting clients who are not deeply technical. Keep it handy or bookmark it in your browser.

1   Getting into cPanel

Step What to do Tips if something goes wrong
1 Open a browser and type https://YOURDOMAIN.com/cpanel Replace YOURDOMAIN.com with your own domain name; make sure you include the https:// prefix.
2 Enter the username and password provided in your “Welcome” email. • Forgot either one? Click “Reset Password” on the login screen or email support@weldonpc.com.• If the login page will not load, try https://SERVERNAME:2083 (the :2083 tells the browser to connect to cPanel directly).

2   Email Management (the #1 support topic)

  1. Create an Email Account

    1. In cPanel, click Email AccountsCreate.
